Each serving contains: Saw Palmetto Extract 400mg, Nettle Root Extract 150mg, Pygeum 80mg, Vitamin A (RDA 800mcg=2664 iu) 1500mg, Vitamin D3 1000mg, Vitamin E 67mcg, Zinc 25mg, Selenium 60mcg.
