Each serving contains: Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnata) Extract (fruit, 4:1 extract providing 400 mg dried herb equivalent (DHE) per capsule) 100mg, Valerian (Valerian officinalis) Extract (root, 10:1 extract providing 1000 mg dried herb equivalent (DHE) per capsule) 100mg, L-Theanine 125mg, Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) 6mg, Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride) 5mg, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 5mg, Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide Flushfree) 5mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 5mg, Biotin 200mcg.

Dosage
