Ingredients

Each tablet contains: Zinc Sulphate (Providing 4.9mg Elemental Zinc 12mg, Folic Acid 499mcg, Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamine 0.1%) 2.4mcg.

Persons suffering from a medical condition or taking any medication should consult their healthcare practitioner before using this product. Discontinue if you experience any adverse reaction. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Dosage
